We collect only the information we need to design and arrange your journey. This may include:

To bring your journey to life, we work with trusted partners such as hotels, lodges, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, local guides, and transfer providers. We share only the information they need to deliver your services, for example traveler names, passport details, and dietary requirements.
We may also share information with payment processors, IT and website service providers, and professional advisers, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Please note that once your information is shared with a travel supplier, it is also handled under that supplier's own privacy policy.
Payments are processed through secure, trusted payment providers. We do not store full card details on our own website or servers. Our planning fee, discussed during your consultation, is required before detailed planning begins, and the payment information you provide for it is used solely for that purpose.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the website function.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Our website may contain links to other websites, such as supplier or social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website. When a family trip requires details about children, these are provided by a parent or guardian solely for arranging travel.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, we would be glad to help.
